1. NEPTUNE RUM WINTER DAIQUIRI
Ingredients
- 60ml Neptune Rum Barbados Gold or Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced
- 45ml Fresh lime juice
- 45ml Simple syrup
- Garnish: Lime wheel
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
2. NEPTUNE RUM GOLD WINTERBIRD
Ingredients
- 45ml ounces Neptune Rum Barbados Gold
- 15ml ounce Fernet-Branca liqueur
- 15ml ounce apricot liqueur
- 30ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml ounce pineapple juice
- 30ml ounce simple syrup
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: quarter orange wheel
- Garnish: brandied cherry
Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a Collins glass or a Tiki mug over ice.

Garnish with a quarter orange wheel and a brandied cherry.
3. NEPTUNE RUM GOLD CHANGE IN SEASONS
Ingredients
- 2 barspoons small sweet peas
- 75ml Neptune Rum Barbados Gold
- 30ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 25ml ounce simple syrup
- 6 tarragon leaves
Method

Muddle the peas in the bottom of mixing tin, then add the remaining ingredients

Add ice and shake until well-chilled

Double-strain into a short-stemmed glass

Top with flavored ice cubes.
4.NEPTUNE RUM SPICED STORM ON THE BEACH
Ingredients
- 45ml Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced
- 15ml Velvet falernum
- 15ml grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml cinnamon syrup
- A pinch of cumin powder
- 2 dashes Bittermens Elemakule Tiki bitters
- Garnish: flaming lime shell

Add all the ingredients into shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled

Strain into a Collins glass or Tiki mug over crushed ice

Cut a lime in half, squeeze out the juice of one half, set atop the drink, pour overproof rum inside the shell, and carefully light on fire.
5. NEPTUNE RUM SPICED WINTER MOJITO
Ingredients
- 60ml Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Top up with Soda
Method
- ‘Slap’ the mint in your hand to release all the aromas.
- In a highball add Neptune Rum, Lime Juice, Sugar and the Mint Leaves
- Half fill the glass with crushed ice and churn with a barspoon.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and top up with some soda water.
